Tenet Structured Finance is designed to structure a risk managed model of investing globally; addressing the increased sponsors’ equity, most lenders look for in the capital stack. Tenet addresses the capital stack adjustments that lenders must react to, in response to Basel III’s CCF and HQLA requirements. TENET’s Fund provides project funding solutions for Sponsors and Lenders, on a Level 1 basis (risk-weighted at 0%).

Our comprehensive project analysis focuses on all aspects of project management from personnel, safety plans, to accuracy of scope, schedules & budgets proposed, while concentrating on risk remediation. Collaborating with our industry leading insurance partners’ specialized analytics teams, allows TENET to determine what commercially available insurance solutions will mitigate the insurable events that can lead to potential economic loss.

TENET’s best in class deployment of standardized investment tools, such as: commercial banking lines, P&C insurances, non-standard insurances, captive insurance, reinsurance, IB structured credit, MLPs, time and regulatory arbitrage, as well as derivatives and hedging, are layered together to produce the most comprehensive approach for achieving the combination of greater short-term returns with no-lockup, long-term returns.
